Our approach begins by helping clients attain clarity by exploring their core values through critical questions and active listening. Client objectives are carefully articulated in a document and then verified by the client for accuracy; this document then serves as the benchmark for planning considerations designed to address potential inefficiencies and opportunities.
Impact Report
Prior to taking on a new client, we offer a complimentary impact report – an important yet brief process we developed to objectively assess the viability of a potential relationship. Often serving as a second opinion, this tool broadly demonstrates and quantifies the potential enhancements we feel may be possible. By determining the potential impact, we can confidentially address the specific services that may be appropriate.
